Unicentric provides a comprehensive hosting service to our customers.  Unicentric's hosting service (SaaS) includes the following:

• Hardware Provisioning - All back end server hardware
• Server Software - All back end server software including upgrades
• Customer Data is backed up on a daily basis and taken off site weekly
• Built-In Disaster Recovery
• Tier 1 Data Center - highest level security data center (it's what the banks use)
  • Servers are on raised air-cooled floors
  • Battery back-up (in event of short-term power loss)
  • Diesel Generator Power back-up (in event of longer-term power loss)
  • Multiple Internet connectivity lines coming in

For Unicentric's SaaS service, hardware and software applications, along with customer data are hosted with our partner, Expedient Data Centers.  Expedient is a leading provider of carrier-neutral data center and outsourced IT services, with 7 data center locations across the U.S.. Expedient's services include collocation, managed hosting, business continuance & disaster recovery, and IT consulting.
