Service Xpert SuiteTM
Service xPert is an enterprise platform on which we configure specialized case management and service delivery business applications tailored to each customers unique needs.  The applications, hosted by Unicentric or by the customers, are used in providing and documenting service to clients, processing transactions, managing operations, ensuring compliance, and billing payers. 

xBill/xARTM
Connecting the back office with the point-of-service is vital to optimizing revenue.  xBill/xAR, Service xPerts Billing and Accounts Receivable module, keeps a seamless workflow from intake to third-party payment reconciliation, streamlines billing by initiating the start of the billing process earlier in the service cycle, and collects funds earlier and more accurately. 

xInk Digital Writing SystemTM
Certain information is more easily captured the old-fashioned way, on paper with a pen.  The xInk Digital Writing system allows entering handwritten information on enabled paper forms (i.e. site visit reports, client assessment, etc.; at any location including in the field).  The system leverages innovative technology that places a miniature digital camera in the tip of a pen to capture handwriting strokes as they are written on the page.

xTranet SystemTM
At times, third party agencies, vendors, clients, and family members need access to certain information to support a case.  Unicentrics xTranet enables third parties, based on a set of assigned privileges, to access a limited set of information in Service xPert.

Content XpertTM
Extending an organizations communications to the Web has become a key marketing and operational activity.  Content xPert is a robust Website and content management system built from 10+ years of web development experience, and designed to enable non-technical staff to maintain content on a public web site.

xSign
Using xSign, signatures may be captured through electronic signature pads, and Unicentrics system furthers the security of electronic signature with an algorithm that ties the data on the form to the signature itself.  If any user changes the data on the form after the signature has been captured, the signature then becomes void but it is preserved on the historical version of the form.  [Release 2007-Q2]


xBarcode
xBarcode, our Barcode Scanning/Routing module, automates the process of capturing paper documents enabling both automatic routing of new system generated client paper forms as well as historical paper files efficiently, prefaced with barcode header pages, into the Unicentric system.

xDesign
For a software application to remain powerful and relevant, it must be capable of adapting to new requirements imposed by customers, staff, management, accreditation agencies, funding sources, and legislators.  xDesign, a Service xPert toolset, allows qualified licensed users to adapt data capture screens, workflow, and reports as needed.


xEDI
Compliance with HIPAA electronic data standards is necessary for organizations to maintain their revenue streams.  The optional xEDI module creates electronic files in compliance with HIPAA EDI standards such as, for example, 834, 835, 837, and 997.  xEDI can exchange data through Emdeon/WebMD or directly with any payer accepting electronic transactions


xAP
Every organization has vendors and costs.  Managing those expenses is an important part of the business process.  xAP, the Accounts Payable module, enables groups to manage vendors, payables, payments, GL entries, and other standard accounts payable functionality.


xCase
Staff productivity increases when complete, organized case histories of clients are accessible from any Internet-ready computer.  xCase consolidates each clients case activities into an electronic case file, enabling service providers to easily coordinate, track, and manage cases.  Integrating a client management system into the service process allows an organization to consolidate and leverage client information across multiple service channels. 


xTime
Coordinating and tracking time allows an organization to collaborate more effectively.  xTime, the Scheduling and Time Management module, allows Unicentrics customers to coordinate, track, and report on time spent across activities, cost centers, departments, and locations.

Paper is one of the service industries main barriers to streamlined operations.  Reducing an organization’s reliance upon paper-based systems creates efficiencies in the service process.  xRecords streamlines management of charts, notes, and other documents using an integrated, access-controlled document management system. 


xReport
Documenting success and the impact of programs to the board, funding sources, accreditation bodies, and legislators is vital to the growth and success of service organizations.  xReport incorporates auditing and reporting tools to assist in verifying the impact of staff and programs.
